Capacity Planning

The Capacity Planning and Scheduling program is designed to help you manage the production schedule and identify resources that may be over or under utilized.

	Load Manfact Project Budgets, Work Orders, and MRP Planned Orders to create a schedule. Once loaded, user-defined "miscellaneous tasks" may be added.
	Available capacity is entered by user-defined "Capacity Centers". Multiple work centers and resources may be rolled-up to load a single Capacity Center.
	Labor and machine hours may be rolled up to different Capacity Centers, allowing these constraints to be analyzed separately for a group of work centers.
	A Capacity Override feature allows you to enter exceptions to the calendar, such as planned overtime.
	Utilize four new Operation Scheduling Methods.
	Automatically post updated schedule dates and hours to Manfact work orders and projects.
	Define predecessor/successor relationships between tasks and/or work orders.
	Includes graphing, printing, and Excel export features.
